On March 20th, the results of the 9th "Top Ten Outstanding Youth in Shandong Electric Power Industry" selection sponsored by the Shandong Electric Power Industry Youth League Working Committee and Shandong Electric Power Industry Association were officially announced. Comrade Wang Jian, Project Manager of the Essalam Project Department in Bangladesh, was awarded the honorary title of the 9th "Top Ten Outstanding Young People (Managers) in Shandong Electric Power Industry".

Since the launch of the ninth "Top Ten Outstanding Youth in Shandong Electric Power Industry" selection activity in October 2022, it has undergone procedures such as organization recommendation, preliminary review, on-site investigation, online voting, on-site review, and publicity. The applicants are from power industry enterprises such as State Grid, Huaneng, Huadian, National Energy Group, Datang, National Power Investment, and China Electric Equipment. During the on-site evaluation, a jury group composed of the Communist Youth League Provincial Committee, the People’s Bank of China Jinan Branch, China Construction Bank Shandong Branch, Shandong Maritime Safety Bureau, Shandong Logistics and Transportation Industry League Working Committee, the Organizing Committee, and social judges ensured the fairness, openness, and impartiality of the entire evaluation process.
